We’ll issue an RMA (Return Authorization) with the return address to our Returns Center (Lithuania) and simple packing instructions.
Send your item back using the label/instructions provided. Packages returned without an RMA can’t be accepted.
For fastest service, please include: full name, order #, reason for return, and a quick photo of the item before shipping.
To keep things fair for everyone, please return your item:
In good, working condition, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
Free of excessive wear, damage, or alterations. (Normal trial use is okay; misuse/accidental damage isn’t.)
With proof of purchase (order email/receipt).
Who pays return shipping?
If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or we shipped the wrong item, we’ll cover return shipping or send a free replacement.
For change-of-mind returns during the 60-Night Trial, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want right away.
Please inspect your order on delivery. If something isn’t right (damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect), email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right quickly—replacement or refund.

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel/return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank/card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If it’s been 15 business days since approval and you don’t see your refund, email us at support@soothewellhealth.com and we’ll jump on it.
